After 22 years of renting, we are going to take some time off and not operate Somtara as a rental in 2024.
We are going to maintain the rental license and inspections in 2024 and will reconsider the situation for the 2025 season.
Sara recently retired and we plan to spend some time traveling ourselves and with family and friends here at Somtara.

The Summer Season
Saturday, June 22nd until Monday, September 2nd
$2,625.00 per week
double occupancy, plus applicable taxes
Otherwise, outside summer, Sunday through Thursday: $265 per night
Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays, including Thursdays of Applefest and MEA weekends:
$290 per night
Three night minimum rental unless checking in on a Friday in which case the minimum is two nights, Friday and Saturday.
Additional guests extra
$50 per guest per night
Children twelve and under free
Maximum occupancy, including children, is four
No camping or tents on grounds
No smoking.
No pets.
Weekly rentals have priority during summer season!
Saturday p.m. arrival / Saturday a.m. departure
